Datasets On/Off                    (Datasets)
All Datasets can be turned On/Off. This is done by
1) Clicking the 'Layers' Tab
2) Choosing a Sub-Tab (Default,Image,Environmental,Distribution,Other)
3) Changing the Tick to a Cross (or vice versa)
4) Pressing 'Refresh'

The Legend Tab updates with each Zoom/Pan the User makes or if the User Toggles a Dataset.
Below, datasets (NationalParks,NatureReserves,Towns,Rivers,Lakes) are turned off
